I don't know about you but I have fallin' for the Holiday Mini Catalog!! So many fun stamp sets to love, beautiful designer papers to cherish, accessories to have and to hold, new dies to adore and then there is the FABRIC, I am weak in the knees! Okay, maybe I am a little over the top when it comes to rubber stamping and paper crafting, I just can not help my self, it must be true love! Alright, enough of the mushy talk!
Speaking of fallin' I want to share with you the Fall card I designed using the new Holiday Mini stamp set French Foliage (#121166) for my new Stamp Club (more details on that below).
I love how realistic the leaves are as well as the other elements in the set that make this the perfect stamp set for collage stamping. Collage stamping is a very simple technique where you layer stamped images to create a collage. I have done a little of that in my card . . .
It is so bright and cheerful yet totally says Autumn.
In this close up you can see all the different textures I used to create this card, dry and we embossing, collage stamping, ribbon, punched border, crinkled paper. I think texture and layering is one of the big things that sets a hand made card apart from a store bought card.

As I mentioned above, I am starting a ALL NEW stamp club!!! And, you, are invited to join! I am very excited about this stamp club, we will be doing even more projects for this club. Below are all the details.
Stamp Club will meet at Signature Point Club House (in Boise) each month (schedule below). At each club you will create four make and take projects, designed with the newest Stampin' Up! products and hottest techniques.
Another exciting benefit of being a club member is that you will get to be hostess one month and collect the free merchandise and hostess stamp set!
This is how it works, all club members place an order each month, helping the hostess receive her benefits! It's simple and the minimum order is just $20. There will also be a $5 class fee for club members.
Stamp Club will be open to guests, those who want to come and stamp but are not club members, non-club members class fee is $8.
The picture above is one of the cards we are going to make in September at Stamp Club. This month's theme is Fall and Halloween. You can be sure each month that the projects will be high quality, carefully planned and incorporate accessories and layers. We will also be using the Big Shot on at least one project each month.
Club member will enjoy these benefits:
4 new project ideas each month
demonstrations of new tools and accessories
At least $15 FREE SU! catalog merchandise
A free hostess stamp set
Monthly Club member special offers
