My Meal Planner!

I am so excited to show you the project that I created this month for Craft Project Central.  It is something I had been wanting to make for a long time and I now use it everyday! 

It is a Meal Planner set. 

The black framed piece is the menu.  It is labeled, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner across the top, with the days of the week going down the side.  It is under glass, so you can easily write on it with a dry erase marker, which I velcro-ed to the frame.  

The second piece is for taking notes.  Each rectangle is labeled with the name of a store I shop frequently and through out the week when I realize I need something I jot it down here.  I got it laminated so it is also easy to write on with the dry erase marker. 

Lastly, I created a shopping list.  I took it to a office supply store and had it made into a tablet, so when I am ready to go to the store, I simply tear one off.  I created this shopping list so that it is broken down into categories and put them in the order in which I shop, according to the layout at the grocery store.  This makes my shopping trip much more efficient!

Third up is Amanda Corbet who designed this Year of Cards Gift Box set, amazing! 

Amanda tells us more about this project..."Do you have too many birthdays and occasions to remember?  Or, do you know someone who would love to receive a years worth of occasion cards?  This beautiful and sturdy gift box contains six portfolios with a pocket for each month of the year.  On each month’s pocket there is a tag where you can write names, dates, and occasions for that month to help you remember all of those special dates and occasions!  Each pocket in the portfolio will hold five to six A2 size cards and envelopes depending on how bulky the cards are.  That means that this beautiful gift box can hold 60 – 72 cards and envelopes!"

Valentine Tutorials!

I have a peak of two awesome Valentine Tutorials to show you. You can get the full tutorials for both of these at Craft Project Central.  Just subscribe to February and you can make these in time for the 14th! 

First up is Chris Galbraith's project, A Valentine Gift Box with Earrings and matching Card. 

Chris tells us about her creation, "This pretty heart box has a special pair of earrings hidden inside. You can create them with Stampin’ Up! brads in just s few minutes! Not only is this a great gift for Valentine’s Day, but it would be wonderful for Mother’s Day, birthdays, and so much more! It would makes a great class or club project too!"

Next up is  Holley Sullivan who created this Valentine Mailbox & Cards, another Lovely idea for a special Valentine.  This is Holley's first month with the Craft Project Central design team, didn't she do a great job!

Last two projects for January

Today I am sharing the final two tutorials for Craft Project Centrals January collection.  

First up we have a Gumball necklace with a gift box, coordinating gift tag and matching card.  This ensemble was created by Heidi King. 

Here's what Heidi has to say about her adorable, kid friendly project; "Remember when you were a kid and used to get the little candy necklaces?!  I remember putting mine on (usually at a birthday party), taking little nibbles out of it, and trying to make it last as long as I could.  Here’s a fun project that your birthday girl (or boy) will love and will probably remember when they grow up too!  Makes a cute little party favor too!"

Last but not least, The Bursting with Spring Gift Box and Card by Regina Andari.

Three Amazing Projects!

Look at this cute crocodile valentine box with matching 3 x 3 valentine card.  This box is the perfect size for kids to use for their valentine exchange.  The mouth opens and closes for easily putting cards and treats inside.  The box colors could be changed for a dinosoaur look as well.  Try leaving off the jagged teeth for a Hippo (add a couple small tags in front for the teeth).  This box has so many fun uses!

Take a look at this pretty box created by Sharon Burkert.

What a great use of the Mocha Morning Designer paper.  The butterflies look great with it.  Once you have the tutorial to make this set you can create so many different styles and uses for it.

 Tanya Bell created this fun and functional desk calendar. 

This desk calendar is designed so that the main calendar stand can be used as a card and folds easily to fit into a Small Open-End envelope. The box that accompanies the "card" holds note paper and the ensemble makes a perfect gift for teachers, co-workers or anyone that could use a desk calendar. This project is also a great class or club project!

This gorgeous banner was created by my fellow Stampin' Royalty designer, Sandra Farrell!  I absolutely love her color selections, perfect for a vintage christmas feel.

Next, is an awesome Tooth Fairy Tin and Wand set. 

This is the most adorable thing!  I might have to make this one for my little girl.  We have recently lost 2 teeth and it is very fun to make a big deal out of it, this would be the icing on the cake! The brilliant creator of this set is Heidi King. 

Are you ready for some gorgeous cards, well Eileen LeFevre has created just that...

Field Flower's (#122762) is one of my favorite stamp sets. This Stationary set uses Field Flowers to make this a beautiful gift set!
