Not any more! Check out this cute Valentines Project idea. My downline, Patty and I were trying to create a cover with a ribbon pull for a box of conversation hearts. She wanted to create it for a class she has coming up. This is what I created.
To access the candy simply pull on the ribbon, not untying it but pull it, see...
Isn't that fun. Here are the details if you would like to recreate this project. The only problem you might encounter is if you use a different brad of conversation hearts, the box could have different dimensions.

1. Start by assembling the box and adhering it with stick strip.
2. Attach DSP with Tombow liquid glue.
3. Punch large whole with Crop-a-Dile in the top center of front and back panel and attach Jumbo eyelet to both.
4. Add accent/stamped pieces; I used sticky strip to attach the crimped strip and dimensionals to attach the popped hearts and Tombow liquid glue to attach the "4 you" circle.
5. Insert ribbon through eyelet in front and then through back, set your candy box on the ribbon and push it down into box so that the ribbon is centered over the bottom of the box.
6. Tie ends of ribbon into a knot or bow and trim ends.
7. If you can bear to part with it give it to a friend.
I hope you go out and make one of these or a bunch! And you can adjust the size of the box to fit any number of candy containers, I have done them in the past with M-n-M's and with a Hershey bar.
Happy Stampin'
Carrie
