Well, it finally happened! My oldest daughter, Samantha started Kindergarten today! WOW, it was a good day, I DID NOT CRY! And, Samantha did good too.

This is a covered post it note with a holder for a cute little pen. I got the idea a WHILE ago from Dawn Griffin. I decorated the front with the Play Date Quick Accents (#117172) and the apple and saying are from the Hostess stamp set Apple Blossoms (#120139).
Another quick and fun gift for a teacher is this jumbo paper clip adorned with a cute little owl!
I found this idea on Chicken Scratch live, a Just use the Owl Punch (#118074). Adhere the owl to another owl body, using dimensionals and sandwiching the paper clip in-between.
I am looking forward to making a lot of cute little things for the teacher and my daughter now that school is under way for her, this is going to be a fun year!
