Welcome Stampin' Friends!
On Saturday we had two birthday parties to go to. One for a friend of my girls and one of my friends, her birthday actually is 9-10-11, how cool is that. Anyhow, I made some birthday cards for them. I tried to post them on Sunday, but I had troubles with typepad, hopefully all will go well today.
This is the card I made for our little nieghbor girl, turning 4. Her party was awesome with a carnival theme. The kids had a great time, feeding animals, eating hotdogs, lemonaide, pop corn, cotton candy, getting their faces painted and playing carnival games. The cupcakes she served were awesome, her sister made them, she owns her own business, Cuppa Cake. If you are in the Boise, Idaho area you should think about having her help you out next time you need baked goods for an event, they were DELISH! Look...
I had the one in the back withe the Reese's on top!
Anyhow, back to Stamping...
Here is the card I made for my friend, Cindy...
I decided to go with the same idea, but make it a little more grown up. And do you see the 9-10-11 on the banner! I was so tickled with my self for coming up with that. And the paper lolly, super fun. You can see how I made that on this post.
I also made her some Card Candy to go with her card...
Some pre-stamped and punched images adhered to a window sheet that she can remove and make her own pennant creations.
Okay, I am in a big hurry today, time to go make dinner and then I am off to my downline's house to play with MDS, I love my job!
