Tara Bourgoin designed this Thanksgiving Table Setting: 

With autumn fast approaching, it’s time to turn our thoughts to sweaters, crispy leaves, and Thanksgiving dinners (October 8th for our Canadian friends!).  This project will help you get set for your family get together by providing instructions on a warm and inviting holiday table setting, including a centerpiece, place cards, favors for your guests, a ‘grateful’ box for your guests to write what they are grateful for, and so much more!  Just add the food, the family and friends, and you’re ready to go!

Regina Andari designed this Ready-to-go Flat Bold Box with Note Cards:

Small gift/treat boxes are nice to have on hand, and they’re even better when they can be folded and stored flat until ready to use.  This project ensemble includes a flat-fold box, a decorative floral adornment, and four note cards, complete with coordinating envelopes!  And using the cute Hoop La La stamp set, it makes a great gift for those that love cross stitch!  This project is a quick, easy, and fun class project and also makes a great craft fair project to make and sell!

Laurie Zoellmer designed this Tea Tag Gift Box with Pop-Up Card: 

This lovely ensemble makes the perfect gift or project for an upcoming class or workshop!  The tea bag box holds several tea bags, and the coordinating card is sure to "wow" them when they open it and see the pop-up tea cup!

Stampin' Royalty Challenge #142

Welcome Stampin' Friends! 

It's time for a SKETCH CHALLENGE at Stampin' Royalty...

I decided to go with a Halloween theme for this one.  Which made me want to do a little treat holder instead of a card.  Can you give a Halloween card with out a treat, not really! 

The black flap velcro's shut and when you open it there is a cello bag of chocolate inside! 

This treat holder measures 4-1/4" x 11" and is scored at 5" and 6".  Simple as that!  I used the largest frame in the Labels Collection Framelits set for the black label.  The strip of paper I used to make the lolly was 3/4" wide by 12" long.  I scored it every 1/4" , accordion folded it  and made the lolly!  

Fun!  Now I need to decide who to give it too, I might have to make more and give them to my fellow teachers at the home school Co-Op I am in, that would be a fun gift!

Here is what Leena tells us about her projects: The month of September marks the end of summer and the beginning of fall; crisp days and cool nights, trees alive with fiery color and the promise of bountiful harvest.  To celebrate fall, we have for you this beautiful card portfolio.  Inside the richly decorated folio there are four cards with coordinating envelopes as well as a selection of self-adhesive sentiments.  When an occasion arises, a sentiment is chosen and adhered to the card.  The card design is suitable for just about anyone, making this a very versatile ensemble.  Great for gift giving and as a fall class project!

This cute little vampire owl sits atop a clamshell box full of Halloween treats!  The finished box is 4" x 4", which will hold a lot of monster munchies or perhaps some other bootiful gifts!  A simple and fun gift for kids and adults alike!  Also a great project for your classes, clubs and camps!

Stampin' Royalty Challenge #141

Welcome Stampin' Friends!

It is Stampin' Royalty day, a new challenge.  This week's challenge is a picture challenge...

Fun! I adore banners, I make a lot of them.  In fact, I have a fun Halloween banner to share with you tomorrow.  

But for this challenge I thought I would incorporate the banner onto a card.  

I got ths inspiration for this card from a card that Heather Summers made.  I just love her style and when she put the blimp from the Moving Forward stamp set with the clouds and a little banner at the bottom, I knew I was going to have to make a card like it.  

 

 

 

 

 

The clouds, so cute!  I made them with circle punches!  Start with the 1" circle punch, punch 2 circle, repeat with the 3/4" punch, then the half inch circle punch.  Punching until you have a cloud shape.

Name Frame for Ruby

Welcome Stampin' Friends! 

What a crazy weekend!  My husband came home early from his hunting trip because some MICE decided to take up residence in our camper with him!!!  So we spent our weekend, cleaning EVERYTHING.  I am happy to report there are no more mice!

Now for some stamping fun!  Recently I made this name frame for a cousin's little one who turned one! 

So cute!  I die cut the letters out of fabric.  But I wanted them to be sturdy, so... I ironed the fabric to a piece of the Fabric adhesive cut the same size as the fabric and then ironed that to a stiff piece of felt.  Then I die cut my letters! The banners and owls were all made with various punches. It was fun to make, there is nothing like a hand made gift!

Here is the card I made with these fun colors, for some reason I was inspired to do a Christmas card when I saw these colors. 

I got the idea for the lay out for this card from a birthday card I recieved from my downline Paula, thanks for the great bday card Paula!  I have to say that ornament is one of my favorite stamps!

Flower Brooches and a Give Away!
