Stampin' Royalty Challenge #141

It is Stampin' Royalty day, a new challenge.  This week's challenge is a picture challenge...

Fun! I adore banners, I make a lot of them.  In fact, I have a fun Halloween banner to share with you tomorrow.  

But for this challenge I thought I would incorporate the banner onto a card.  

I got ths inspiration for this card from a card that Heather Summers made.  I just love her style and when she put the blimp from the Moving Forward stamp set with the clouds and a little banner at the bottom, I knew I was going to have to make a card like it.  

 

 

 

 

 

The clouds, so cute!  I made them with circle punches!  Start with the 1" circle punch, punch 2 circle, repeat with the 3/4" punch, then the half inch circle punch.  Punching until you have a cloud shape.
