Hi Stampin' Friends!
I just go back from Convention last night! What a great time. Here is a picture of me getting ready to walk across the stage for a milestone. This last year I reached my $200k career sales mark! That was fun!
Also at convention I did a swap with my group. We did a card candy swap, which is where you just make a piece of a card then that person can go home and make something with it. Then we bring our creations to our Convention ReCap meeting and share what we have made.
Here is the card candy that I made...
I have been gone SO much this summer that I actually made these while we were camping. This gives a whole new meaning to "Stamp Camp".
I also made one finished card to show the group what I made with my card candy.
I added some burlap to the back of my tag for some more texture and interest to the front of my card. For the back ground I embossed a piece of Costal Cabana with the Argyle embossing folder and them sponged over the top of the pattern with a little Baked Brown Sugar ink. Now you have a very nice birthday card for a great guy!
I also have a my swapped card candy that I get to make cards with now! So, I will be showing you those as I make them. Also, did you see the girly version of this tag I made?
