Not sure if you know, but I am moving in a few weeks! So excited. We have lived in a mini house for 18 years and are getting too big for our britches! Which leads me to a situation I ran into the other day. I was going to make brownies for a birthday picnic lunch with my besty Patty. Here we are, our bday's are only a few days apart, but it was her actual bday, so she got the crown.
Well, with most of my life in cardboard boxes I found myself stumped about what to bake my brownies in. I ran to my camper and pulled out my "camper" muffin tins. I was super worried about being able to get the brownines out once baked. I greased and floured the tin, but was still worried. Then, like a bolt of lightening it hit me... CIRCLE PUNCHES and PARCHMENT PAPER!
I tried several different punches and the large scallop circle punch worked the best. Not all of them punched perfect, but good enough to line the bottom of my tin!!!
The best part of all, they worked WONDERFULLY!!!
Brownie Sundaes picnic style were a hit! LOVE MY PUNCHES!
