Treasured Stampers is a group of orphaned demonstrators in the Boise, Meridian, Nampa area of Idaho. We get together once a month and stamp and support each other in our stamping endeavors.
We tagged some boxes.
We used the kit to dress up a gift card holder made with the new Gift Card Envelope & Trims Thinlits set.
And we made a couple tags.
We still had 6 tags left after making these projects. But most of all we had fun making these fun tagged projects together.
Here are all the fun things used to make these projects:

My Silhouette helped me out with this card! This is the card I made for my husband for this birthday this weekend. He's been in the army over 20 years! Since making this military/patriotic themed card, I felt inspired to make another! My hubby's bday was the perfect occasion!
I added some ecut dog tags to the inside that said "Happy Birthday, My Hero". Which I stamped with the Alphabet Rotary Stamp. I love the imperfect look of rotary stamping, it's so vintage!
If you choose OPTION 1, you will make 4 cards, you pick when you get to the event which cards you want to make.
If you choose OPTION 2, you get to make all of these cards and have the option to change them up however you want to. Plus you get to keep the stamp set and supplies!
If you choose OPTION 3, you and your friend make them together and you each take home 10 cards. You can fight over who gets to keep the stamps, ink and left over supplies!
Look at these fun cards...
I hope to see you at my World Card Making Event, 10/5/2014! Let me know if you have any questions.
I wanted to share this special card that I made this week for a friend. First of all, my husband is on the Honor Guard and does many military events, mostly funerals. Recently, he got to be part of a ceremony for The Moving Wall, a vetenam memorial replica. The Honor Guard works closely with the employees at several cemetaries in our area. They have found the people at our veteran's cemetary to be very patriotic and respectful of the process of laying our veteran's to rest. So, our friend, who plays the bugle for the Honor Guard, had me make a card to thank them for all that they do and the respect that they show, even when doing the most mundane tasks.
That's my hubby, looking at the camera, all dressed up!
Here is the card. I am very happy with how it turned out. I used my Silhouette electronic cutter for the pieces on this card. I even cut a camo background piece and used it to sponge on the background. I used the Alphabet Rotary Stamp for the dog tags.
I also used the Envelope Punch Board to create a custom envelope for this large card (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" closed).
I love the fun and unique color combinations in these pictures. I chose to use the Stippled Blossoms stamp set for my card and am thrilled with how the card turned out. Stippled Blossoms is a TWO-STEP STAMPING set, which means it takes two stamps to create on image. This gived the image a lot of dimension and depth. To exaclty line up the two images I used the Stamp-a-Ma-Jig. You should give it a try, if you like to pay close attention to detail, some people might call it anal. But, I prefer to be in denial about it and call it paying attention to detail!
I would not have put these colors together on my own and that's what I love about being a part of Stampin' Royalty, I get to try things I would not think of and it makes me a better stampin' artist. For my purple I used Blackberry Bliss and for the orange I used Tangelo Twist.
I am officially in love with gold as an accent in my paper crafting! So, I incorporated it with several different products for this card.
The different textures this creates in my card are what I think makes this card a WOW card. At least it WOW's me. I might be tootin' my own horn here today, just a bit.
Can you see the colored pearls in the center of each of the Tangelo Twist flowers? I colored our Pearl Basic Jewels with the darkest of the Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities markers. They color those little pearls like a dream!
Since I am a big fan of pennants, I love this sketch.
I just got the Happy Everything Stamp set from the recent Stampin' Up! event Unite & Excite. The stamp set was a gift for being a presenter. LOVE IT! It has a new matching PUNCH! And it has a tag for halloween, thanksgiving, christmas and a to/from!
CASE: to copy and share everything, pertaining to card making, paper crafting, crafts in general, scrapbooking, etc.
source: Holiday Catalog - page 25
For this CASE, I literally copied EVERYTHING. Why? I love, LOVE, love this card. It is the reason why I had to have the Bright & Beautiful stamp set.
This is why, a white embossed star on gold paper topped with a gold embossed star on white paper, topped with a white embossed star on gold paper, topped with a cherry cobbler rhinestone! Did you catch all that?
And I love how the sentiment is highlighted by popping up part if it in another color.
Best part about making this card, I made it with a friend. Need some fun in your life??? Go stamp something with a friend! I highly recommend it! Thanks Rebecca for the fun afternoon!

I CASEd (Copy And Share Everything) this card from a card in the Annual Catalog on page 68.
I changed the colors and stamp set I used and ended up having to change the layout slightly because my saying is bigger than the one they used. I love the catalog for inspiration and great ideas!
I layered some scallop circles that I punched out and scrunched up for a cute flower. I can not reisit scrunched up flowers!

I have been having a blast using my new Project Life Kits by Stampin' Up!
WHAT IS PROJECT LIFE? Project Life is a memory keeping system that is simple, color coordinated, reasonably priced and ready to use with NO prep!
Each kit comes with cards in 3 sizes - 4x6, 4x4, and 4x3. You can also purchase a accessory kit that coordinates with your card kit.
There are six kits to choose from as well as tools to use with your kits, such as; stamps, pocket page protectors (the pockets are the size of the cards in the kits), corner rounder, thinlit dies, albums, and journaling pens.
You can see the entire Project Life by Stampin' Up! line on page 188-189 of the Annual Catalog and on page 34-35 of the Holiday Catalog.
I thought I would share with you some of the pages I have been working on. The kit I have been using is the Everyday Adventure Kit and Accessory Pack.
I have found that I like to put my pictures and cards in the pockets and then go back and embellish and journal. So, right away I got about 20 pages ready to go and now I am going back and one by one adding the "extras".
This is one of the first 2 page spreads I made I try to pick 2-4 colors to focus on. A color in the photos. That really helps draw your eye to the photos and not just all the extras.
I also like to make some of my own cards. You can use the Project Life Cards and Labels Framelits Dies to cut 4x6 and 4x3 cards WITH rounded corners! So, break out your card stock and DSP! This really helped me when I need another card of a certain color. Then I used other dies, punches, stamps and random left over embellishments to create my own PL cards!
Another thing I like to do when I have a lot of pictures but want to add embellishments is add them right to the photos. Here is a close up of each of these pages.
You can see I have added something to almost every photo.
I had a GREAT stampin' day! Today was my first stamping event in my new house, in my new stamp room! The event was a kick off event for my new Stamp Club. If you are interested in joining my club where we stamp each month, order a little each month to build up our supply of awesome stamp stuff and be hostess one month for FREE awesome stamp stuff, let me know!!!
As always before, during and after an event my girls want to stamp too!!! So, we sat down and played a bit. The card that Samantha, my 9 year old, made gave me a giggle.
The outside says, Your To sweet...
AND, the inside...
& spicy!!!!!! I just want to know who is she going to give this card to???
My card, not so funny, but here's my creations none the less...
I had a few kits left over from a class last year that were still in the envelopes, that's what we were playing with. I like to save them and challenge myself to make something new with them later. I call them "leftovers". I used the Amazing Birthday stamp set, since it was still out from my class.
Here are the projects that we made.
Fun day, and I'm hoping to squeeze in some time to work on my project life album too!
I love this one! I could make cards with this theme all the time. I was going to go the flowery route, but then I saw a pumpkin card that inspired me to create this...
My "POP" of color is our new Tangelo Twist a 2014-2015 In Color.
On this card I use DIY Glimmer Paper!
Here's how you make it:
DIY GLIMMER PAPER
1. Press desired paper/card stock into the VersaMark pad until the entire surface is covered with ink.
2. Cover paper with Irridescent Ice embossing powder and tap off excess.
3. Heat paper with Heat Tool just until the embossing powder melts.
This gives you any color of glimmer paper you desire! Try it on Designer Paper too!
Here are the fun things I used to make this card.
