I've been playing around with my Simply Snowflake Paper Pumpkin kit that I got in the mail last month. I'm always trying to think of new and inventive ways to use the kit. And a great idea just hit me this time, at least I think it is a great idea.
Here are the projects that come in the kit.
A fancy fold snowflake card and envelope. Here's a close up of the card.
And here is the card when opened up.
There is enough supplies in the this kit to make 8 cards and 8 of these tags...
Here is the gift bag I made using the supplies from this kit.
Side view of the treats inside...
And here is how to alter your card into this treat bag, super easy really.
Put the card base on your Simply scored so that the fold in flush in the corner.
Score at 1-3/4", 2-3/4" and 3-3/4"
Fold these score lines so the middle one make a peak. This helps the bag stand up.
Then put your treats in a 4x6 cello bag. And tape it shut with the silver washi tape that comes in the kit, nice!
Attach the goodies to the gift bag with a stapler. Then cover the back panel of the gift bag with a cute background piece.
Putting a stamped panel on the back after stapling the treat bag in place covers up those staples, like magic!
Paper Pumpkin makes crafting quick and easy! The only items I added to make this project were the cello bag, lost lagoon card stock (4 x 4-1/4", one for the front and one for the back) and a stapler, I like this one.
If you love to paper crafto but find it hard to make time, then you will love Paper Pumpkin! When the kit arrives in the mail all you have to do is open it and create! It makes the perfect Christmas gift too!
