HELLO!
I am back from a wonderful 4 days at Stampin' Up!'s annual convention! What a fun time, as it always is with my team and stampin' friends.
I thought I would share with you some highlights of my fun!

The first thing we did after checking in to our hotel was head to the Stampin' Up! main office for a tour. Isn't it pretty!

This is the warehouse where they package all of your orders!

This is where the items you order are put into the box. The lady in the coral shirt is working the adhesive station. If an order needs adhesive it will roll down to her belt, she scans it and it tells her what adhesives and how many. It's a really awesome system. After the order is complete it rolls on to be weighed, based on what's ordered SU! knows what the weight of this order should be, if the weight is off, it gets sent back to be checked for missing or extra items. I was impressed.

We got to walk through demonstrator support, where they take the demonstrators calls when we need help. There were cards all over their desks made by demonstrators. These are two that I loved! Dori! That's the name of my car, as I drive a Blue Ford Escape(ES-CAP-E). Is that funny to anyone else but me?

There are lots of displays, I love this one in particular as it shows the steps and pieces used in making our stamp sets!

Of course we must get a picture by the Stampin' Up! rock!

Waiting in line to get our convention bags. Eager to get this party started!

Just before the first general session started, we were so excited!

Our first class was watching a demonstration and then make and takes with a new stamp set from the upcoming Holiday Catalog.

Claire and I went back for more fun, to watch the Awards Ceremony. We are apart of an amazing group of demonstrators!!!

Each night I gave my roommates pillow gifts. I love pampering my team!

Every one at convention ended up winning a free stamp set! This is the one I won, which I ended up trading Georgie on my team for a halloween set. And Patty won the new set that goes with a new set of dies!!! Framelits that make a square pillow box! Got to get my hands on that! Ordering for all these fun new projects begins September 1st for customers and August 4th for demonstrators!

Here's a highlight, on the way to dinner this beautiful woman stopped me and asked if I was Carrie Rhoades to which I replied "yes", cause in fact I am.
She recognized me from Instagram! #instafriends @needsaribbon

I planned a little make and take project for my roomies. We stamped in our jammies and listened to old favorite songs.

And they made such cute cards!

AND THEN THIS HAPPENED! Stampin' Up! gave every demonstrator the all new Archival Black stamp pad! CANT WAIT TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU!

Demonstrations by SU! staff of some of my favorite happenings at convention! This is Shannon West showing us the new Wreath kit! And it's a fun one!!!

AMAZING displays!

Of course there was shopping to be done as well.
Going to Stampin' Up! events is definitely one of the biggest perks of being a demonstrator! I had a blast. Next trip, On Stage Local, is in November! Want to go with me???
