Today at Stampin' Royalty ANYTHING GOES! We are sharing the projects of our choice!
So, I am bringing you two idea to do with your March Paper Pumpkin kit. NOT a subscriber yet??? Click over to my Paper Pumpkin Page to find out more.
The only things I added to make these cards are Bermuda Bay card stock and the Cucumber Crush ink pad.
I took the cards from the kit and cut them down a bit to fit on my Bermuda Bay card. For the stamping I used the Bermuda Bay ink from the kit to stamp the "Happy Happy", then I pulled out my Cucumber Crush stamp pad and stamped the little balloon.
For the baby card, I made a background by stamping the little heart down the card front. I wanted it to get lighter as I stamped so I stamped some full strength. Then I stamped off once before stamping it on my card. Last, for the lightest hearts at the bottom, I stamped off twice before stamping it on the card.
The stripped strip on both of the cards is a piece that would have been used as a belly band for the smaller envelopes in the kit. I cut it to fit on the Happy card and the little piece that was left over I made into the flag for this card. I can not waste a scrap!
