Elegant, yet simple. Sometimes you need to give a gift and time is of the essence. But you still want it to be special. That is where the Gift Card Framelits come in to play.
I just die cut one of the gift card envelopes from Stampin' Up!s thick Whisper White Card stock. Then, I stamped the largest flower from Birthday Blooms over the entire envelope with Basic Black ink.
Boom, that's done! Insert the gift card. I did not glue the envelope shut, just put a 1" x 10" belly band around it and dressed up with Satin Ribbon, a stamped and cut out flower from the same stamp set and some bling; Rhinestones.
I made this card to match a card. This set would be great for Mother's Day, a teacher gift, birthday, thank you, graduation, etc.
This card is actually the card we are making at my first Open Stamp Night! Open Stamp Night is where you come by my stamp studio during a specific time and make a quick, easy and cute project for the low price of $5. So, if you are in the Eagle area between 5:30pm and 8:30pm tomorrow night, stop by, make a card and visit me! Shoot me an email to RSVP or for questions: [email protected]
This gift card holder is part of the SSINK blog post today featuring gift card holder. You can see what my fellow design team members created here.
