Check out this beautiful picture inspiration we have this week at Stampin' Royalty.
I love the country vintage feel of these photos. Makes me want to take off for the hills and spend December in a cabin, knitting mittens for Christmas gifts.
I happen to save a few of my Lovely Little Wreath Paper Pumpkins kits from April, so that I could use them for Christmas. This challenge picture reminded that I had yet to do anything with them. I love the red and pale blue pine cones in the tree picture and thought I'd see how they looked die cut.
To make the pinecones I die cut two layers. The bottom layer is a lighter color card stock; Real Red and Soft Sky. The top layer is a darker color of card stock; Cherry Cobbler and Pool Party. The dies I used to make the pinecones are from the Pretty Pines Thinlit Dies.
I added a few Red Glimmer Paper berries, Red Baker's twine and Mini Jingle Bells to dress up my little wreath.
The bow is so pretty with the Red Stitched Edge ribbon. A simple strand of Red Baker's twine is all I used to hang the wreath.
Thank you for taking time to visit my blog. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you with a special project.
