This deer, Dashing Deer is my favorite thing from the Journey Holidays Catalog! You can use this die cut deer on so many things. Today I am sharing a gift tag I made with it.
The background of my tag is made with a homemade stencil. I used a piece of card stock that had a snowflake die cut out of it, this became my stencil. The media I used to create the snowflake was Whip Cream Acrylic paint watered down a little bit. I applied it with a sponge, leaving behind snowflakes that look like they are white washed.
To dress up my Dashing Deer I added a bow of So Plaid Ribbon and a to and from tag. I have the die cut circle some bling with a few sequins from the Holiday Elements Sequins from Fun Stampers Journey. A very pretty tag that did not take too much time to make, that's the perfect project for this time of year; something you can use and is quick to complete!
