It's Episode 5 of my Really High Five Series! Yay. I really do love it when I have five weeks to share ideas with you on stamp sets that I love. So this week, I am taking the Really High Five stamp set and pairing it with the Flippin Awesome die set, also by Lawn Fawn.
I love this die set so much! Back in the day I used to make my own cards with this technique or interactive element on them. It was a lot of work to remember or find my notes on how to cut and where to score and all those things. So, when I saw the Flippin Awesome die set by Lawn Fawn I knew I needed it.
First up, I wanted to make each picture of the interactive scene be a continuation of the previous, kind of like a flip book. So, I took the rabbit from Really High Five and made it look as if he were doing a flip on the trampoline. Each pictures or scene changes just a little and has a sentiment that builds with each picture.
Follow along to see each of the scenes:
And at the end, a gift card! The Diagonal Gift Card die set fits perfect on this die cut.
I finished off the card with some cute stamped image, the mouse floating by at the end of a balloon. And some bugs from the Bug Deal stamp set, another of my favorite stamp sets.
For Card Two, I made a different scene on each square and tried to make a simpler version of the Flippin Awesome card. I used the Flippin Awesome add on die set, that has two frames in it. The scalloped frame is a great base for the Flippin Awesome mechanism. And the rectangle frame is the perfect layer for the last panel of the Flippin Awesome mechanism, if you do not want to put a gift card there.
Let's take a look at this card start to finish.
You can see the making of these cards in the video below.

Great video. I love the dyes and stamps. You've created such adorable little scenes and coloured your images so beautifully. Thanks for inspiring.
