Welcome back my stamping friends. Today, I am sharing Episode 2 of my June Stamp Set of the Month series featuring the Car Critters stamp set by Lawn Fawn.
Today I am making Reveal Wheel cards that are also slimline! I will show you two different ways to create slimline Reveal Wheel cards. On of them is a double Reveal Wheel Card! TWO reveal wheels on one card! If you love Reveal Wheel then you should really check out my Two Window Reveal Wheel card!
Let's take a look at today's cards.
It's a birthday theme this week!
This first card is how we use to do birthdays. Driving around picking up all our friends and heading out to a fun location for a party, like bowling!
You can see that this card has two square reveal wheels on it. So the balloon gets a different face with the turn of the wheel and gets a new passenger with every turn of the wheel.
Let's look...
The additional critters in the car come from the Coaster Critters stamp set. I love seeing the car get all crowded with friends. Even though I colored the fox wrong! I had to go with it because I did not want to redo the entire reveal wheel piece. But not to worry the fox is colored right on the next card. And then I thought we are all different, and so maybe it's okay if the fox on this card is different. What do you think, would you have re done it?
Now let's look at how I used the Square Reveal Wheel to make a slimline version.
This is what birthday parties look like now days. It's a birthday parade. They have decorated their cars, they are throwing candy and have gifts to drop off. But one card is doing all the things. This is grandmas car, she brought balloons as you can see above.
She brought cake!
She brought presents!
And she is playing some good music!
