Welcome to the 3rd Lawn Fawn Fans YouTube Hop. This is our Fall hop and I am thrilled with all the projects that you are going to see today on the hop! All are either Fall themed or using products from the Fall release from Lawn Fawn.
Today's hop is being sponsored by Kat Scrappiness. She has so many great things in her shop, including Lawn Fawn! As our sponsor Kat Scrappiness is giving away a $25 shopping spree to her shop! All you need to do to enter is Like, Comment and Subscribe to the videos in the hop. A complete list of the hop video are at the end of this post.
For my projects today I am using the Fox Costumes Before and After stamp set. I created a slimline card that has a shaker on it! And I also made a matching camera shaped purse to go with it!
You can check out the video right here.
If you can not see the video above you can also view it right HERE.
Now let's take a closer look at the slimline card.
My idea was to make a halloween photo shoot of the little foxes all dressed up for Trick-or-Treating. The camera has taken two cute insta pictures. And you can see the the lease of the camera is a shaker.
For all of my backgrounds I used PanPastels. I love how quick and easy they are to apply and to blend. I was even able to mask off my stamped images and do the PanPastels right over the top and then remove the masks to do my coloring.
Aren't the shaker elements so much fun!?! They are from my friends Etsy shop, Crescent Creation. For a limited time you can get 10% off your order if you use my code CARRIE10 at check out. You are going to love all the different shaker elements she has, and she is adding more all the time.
I had to add a little something cute to the inside of the card.
Another insta pic was the perfect thing. Aren't these two so darn cute! LOVE the sweet costumes!
Now let's take a look at the matching camera shaped purse.
To connect my two cameras together I used a piece of card stock that measures 2" x 8-1/2".
Score this at 1/2" and 1-1/2" on the long side.
On the short side score at 1-7/8" and 6-5/8"
Cut at the score lines to make tabs, turn this into a "box" to fit between the two cameras to create a purse.
I stapled on a piece of ribbon for the handle and filled it with halloween goodies! It is much easier to learn how to make this purse by watching this video.
Next up on the hop you will be visiting my friend Jen Hartsgrove at Katahdin Krafts.
