Hello my stamping friends.
Today's post is not a card, that is crazy, right! Today I am sharing a video with storage solutions for all the slimline products I have been collecting. I thought you might find some of these solutions helpful too.
I found the products in stores that we all should have access to in the US and very affordable.
See all of my Slimline Storage Solutions in this video:
If you can not see the video on this screen you can also view it right here.
Several of the items I found for storage are from the Dollar Tree.
This time of year is perfect for finding storage solutions at Dollar Tree. I found a basket that is perfect for slimline products such as, dies, paper, envelopes, stencils and stamps.
This baskets from Dollar Tree measure: 11-7/8" L x 3" W x 4-5/8" H. The product line is called Essentials.
Here you can see the Dollar Tree basket sitting on my shelf filled with cards. I can fit about 18-20 cards in this basket. Keep in mind that the cards I make are often very thick. I love to make shaker cards. So you could possibly fit more card than this in the basket.
NOTE: Baskets at Dollar Tree can go fast and then be hard to find. You can order from Dollar Tree online. But, you will have to order in a larger quantity than you may like. Like a quantity of 24. If you choose to go that route maybe you have a friend or two you could split the order with.
Right now the Easter products are coming out and they will have these baskets in some fun pastel colors.
Now let's take a look at the basket I found at Target.
This basket is slightly larger, from the Room Essentials collection, and measures: 13-1/2" L x 5-7/8" W x 5-1/4" H.
Here you can see that I can fit about 24 cards into this basket.
I also like these baskets for storing my slimline die sets.
I also have slimline stencils and die sets in here. In the back I have the Slimline Envelope Builder die set from Trinity Stamps that comes in huge packaging. I love that it fits in here too.
In the Dollar Tree basket I am also going to store my slimline paper pads.
Now let's take a look at some slimline storage envelopes.
First up a great find at the Dollar Tree again. Check out these File Folder style envelopes.
Inside are 6 divided pockets that fit slimline dies PERFECTLY!
AND it comes with label sticker to label each tab on the divided sections.... FOR A DOLLAR!
This is where I am keeping my slimline cover plates or slimline dies that are one piece. In this envelope I have only dies from Trinity Stamps.
The second storage envelope I want to share with you is sold at an Etsy Shop owned by my friend Neha, Craft Supplies by CC.
These envelopes are 9-1/2" L x 4" W. The come 5 to a pack for $8. Great deal. I have used mine two ways, with a chipboard insert with magnet sheet on them. Or with out. This storage envelope had a closure flap that is held shut with an interlocking flap. So I feel secure with out an magnet sheet when the other pieces in the set are not tiny in these envelopes.
Here is a closer look at these storage envelopes. You can see I have added a label to this using a favorite Dollar Tree find. These are adhesive labels.
I use the labels on all kinds of storage containers in my stamp room as well.
AND GUESS WHAT. These storage envelopes and file folders fit in the baskets!
I hope you found these storage solutions for slimline products helpful!
