Welcome to the Spring Lawn Fawn Fans Hop!
This hop takes place over on YouTube with my fellow Lawn Fawn Fans. This seasons hop is being sponsored by Lawn Fawn. Thank you to Lawn Fawn for always bringing us darling, fun and useful product. As a sponsor Lawn Fawn has generously donated a $25 gift card to their shop that one of our hoppers will win! Watch the video for details on that and how to enter.
My hop projects feature one of my favorite die sets from this new release, Strawberry Patch.
I just LOVE the berries in different sizes and the leafy branch, which I used to create my background on my A7 card. You can see this card and shaker book mark come together in the video below. You can click over to my YouTube channel to watch and hop along as well.
I went for a bit of a farm stand feel for this card, easy to do with a dusting of Vintage Photo Distress ink. And of course a splatte
r of it as well. To go along with the farm stand feel I added a bit of jute twine to my fruit basket.
I loved the little clay strawberry embellishments around my sentiment so much I wanted to make a shaker. So, I thought, how about a book mark made using my Fuse tool to make it a shaker.
That gingham paper makes me so very happy, it's the perfect pairing with these die cut strawberries. If you are wondering about the little flower, I die cut that using the Magic Iris Birdhouse add on die set.
What new fruits do you think Lawn Fawn should come out with to put in this fruit basket? Cherries? Apples? Avacado? Kiwi? Watermelon? Those are ones I'd love, maybe even Bananas!
For now I am DELIGHTED with my Strawberry Patch die set.
