Do you have SUPER friends? I sure do and when I needed a photo to make a scrapbook page to show off the Build-A-Super collection, I knew this photo of my dear friend Lynn was just the thing! She is an amazing person, mom, and friend, she really could wear this outfit everyday.
This is one of the projects that I created for my display board for Fun Stampers Journey's Leadership Conference. I especially love how the rows of stars turned out! And isn't that comic book paper just awesome! But the photo of Lynn really steals this show, even her shadow looks fierce!
I also made some coordinating pocket pieces that are 4" x 3".
Now, I have a two page spread that will fit in my 6" x 8" album. The little cards are just so much fun to make! A small canvas is less stressful, if you mess it up you are only out a little bit of paper. And how simple to add a little washi tape and a sentiment to a photo and drop it in a pocket page, it's my favorite way to do memory keeping.
On the far left is a picture of my daughter as a Ninja a few years ago, POW. In the middle is myself and my friend Amber on Halloween, just being Super!
I had so much fun playing with all the comic book/ super hero themed stamp sets, dies and paper that Fun Stampers Journey offers to make these pages. And, they will always remind me that I have some amazing, super and beautiful friends. And my daughter as a Ninja, you know I will be sharing that with all future suitors.
