If you are new to my blog or YouTube channel you might not know about Stamp Set of the Month. It is a monthly series I do on my YouTube Channel. Each month I pick a stamp set that I love and share new ideas with it in weekly episodes on YouTube. I have taken a very long break from doing this and have missed it so it was time to bring it back! This week is EPISODE ONE! Each Thursday night at 7pm MST, you will find a new episode! To kick things off I am featuring the Wood You Be Mine stamp set from Lawn Fawn.
You can watch the Episode right here https://youtu.be/iaiIFMcPqDc
With this set I am making a Gift Box and three note card to fit inside.
This is little box is made using the Gift Box die set from Lawn Fawn, I love all the die pieces it has with it to dress it up. And it perfectly fits cards that are 4 Bar size; 3-1/2" x 5".
I made 3 of these cards using images from my stamp set of the month, Wood You Be Mine.
Here is a close up look at each of the cards.
I love trying to use al of the images in a set when I make a project like this and there are some super cute images in this set.
Below you will find all the supplies I used to make this project.
And stay tuned, next Thursday night I will be back with more ideas for you with this stamp set on my YouTube channel at 7pm MST.

I could not complete my Christmas Card making for this year with out using Chilly & Freezy! It is the Diecember FREE die set, designed by Tim Hotlz for Simon Says Stamp. I believe it has now sold out. Which means many of you reading this have this darling die set!
I used this set to mass produce some Christmas Cards.
Watch the video below for how I did it. If you can not see the video up on this screen you can watch it HERE.
Want to watch my other Mass Producing Christmas Card videos, here's the links:
I'd love to know if you have sent out your Christmas cards yet? I am hoping to get mine out this week.
One of the things that made this card quick to make is the fact that I started with Gel Press prints I had already made. I love pulling things out of my stash that I have already made, it is not only a time saver, but it jump starts my creativity.
Just a reminder that Chilly and Freezy have sold out, but you could use this card idea with other snowmen that you might have or other die cuts for the season.
I love the Element Stencils for Christmas. The addition of a stenciled sentiment in Winter White Glacier Paste really took this card up a notch!
Below are the supplies used to make this card. Thank you so much for stopping by. I'll be back again very soon with more stamping inspiration for you. If you want MORE card making fun before the, check out the SHORTS (quick videos) on my YouTube channel, where I have been posting a card making video each day in December, my channel is HERE.
Christmas is full of surprises, so why not make a card that surprises the recipient with a gift card. The Slimline Z-fold card is perfect for that.
See it come together in this video. If you can not see the video below on your screen, you can watch it HERE.
If you want to recreate this card I have the measurements for the Z-fold right here:
*Card Front Base: 8-1/4" x 3-1/4"
*Z-fold Card Front Panel: 8-1/2" x 3-1/4", scored at 4-1/8" and 8-1/4"
*Red Card Base: 8-1/2" x 7", scored at 3-1/2"
Here are some close up pictures of the card.
The gnome front and center is from the Deck the Farm stamp set, new for this holiday season at Trinity Stamps. If you like holiday gnomes they have a bunch and I used a few more of them in this card. And I have them pictured and linked for you below.
Now let's see this card unfolded.
Right behind the tractor driving gnome, tucked in the snow, is the hidden gift card. The little gnomie birds are from the Holiday Tweets set. I thought they were the perfect addition to this card. The gnome with the lantern is from the Let You Light Shine stamp set.
I hope you have yourself a Merry Little Christmas! Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon with more crafty inspiration!

Hey there. Let's take a close up look at Blooming Heart, the Large Die of the Month for December 2022 from Spellbinders. Beware - it's drop dead gorgeous!
This die set has two floral dies that when die cut and placed side by side create a heart! I love it so much I had to make two cards. See every piece of this set and these cards come together in the video below. If you can not see the video up on your screen, you can also catch it on my YouTube channel.
Here's a close up look at each card for you.
Spellbinders has floral layering dies down. They have detail, whimsy and variety. I chose two shades of red and a pink for my flowers. The leaves are die cut from light green card stock. I added shading with some Copic Markers. You would not believe how easy these are to put together, and yet it has so much detail.
What do you think about hat woodgrain background? It was done with a 3D embossing folder, Knock On Wood. I have all the things I used for these cards pictured and linked for you below, as well as all the club kits that Spellbinders has to offer.
I did a little embossing with the dies for this card. The leaves pressed into the paper are so very cool! And to make the florals a little more special, I die cut them from some Gel Press Prints I made.
I also love the background for this card, made using the largest heart from the Clear Stamp of the Month.
That is also where I got the little sentiment for the front of this card.
If you want to check out all the club kit offerings that Spellbinders has to offer you can view them right HERE.
It's been a long time since I did a card that was ALL stamping! But I did and it is one of my favorite Christmas cards this year! This is the Stamping Edition of my Mass Produce Christmas Cards series! If you missed the Hot Foil Edition you can find it HERE.
I just HAD to use this Jolly Santa image. I bought the stamp set last year and had yet to use it. I love this image so much and am so glad I pulled it out for these cards this year! I LOVE a vintage or retro Santa and this one makes me smile so much!
See these cards come together in the video below.
If you can not see the video up on your screen, you can also watch it right here.
It may seem like a lot to do coloring for a card that you are mass producing. But this image is very simple to color for a couple of reasons.
It's an easy image to color because you only need a few colors and it has the shading built in to the image. That makes for fast coloring no matter what medium you choose to color with.
Another fun fact about this card, there is NO die cutting on it. JUST stamping. I love the stamped background on this card, made using the Solid Holly backgrounds stamp by Impression Obsession. The smaller stamped images really add to the card and give it more of the vintage Christmas feel. But all the white on this card keeps it modern too.
Thank you for letting me share my cards with you. I hope you are inspired to stamp some cards too.
Here are all the supplies I used to make these cards.
It's not TOO late! You can still get your Christmas cards handmade in time to get them sent out in time and I am here to help you with that. I have a little series for you on MASS producing your Christmas Cards. In the first edition I am focusing on Hot Foiling. Hot Foiling can seem to take a lot of time but when you have an image that becomes the central focus of your card, it makes the rest of the card fast and easy.
Here is the card I mass produced using the Ornamental Trio Cut and Foil plate set from Trinity Stamps and Polished Brass Hot Foil.
Another way I made these cards quickly is that I used an element I had already made, an ink smooshed background. You can see me make it in this video. I die cut this background to fill in the ornaments. You can do this too and even use gold paper, background paper, glitter paper, really whatever you have in your stash.
See these cards come together and gather some tips and tricks in this video. If you can not see the video on your screen, you can watch it RIGHT HERE.
Bringing out some DARLING dies from Trinity Stamps today to make some Christmas ornaments. If you have not die cut felt before it is amazing. I Love to make felt ornaments with dies. This year I got the idea to make those ornaments SCENTED!
I made two different hand stitched ornaments and they have two different scents.
See how they got their scent and came together in this video.
If you can not see the video up on your screen, you can also view it right HERE.
This mug of cheer has a coffee scent. And it is simple to do. Add drops of your choice of essential oils to a scrap of wool felt. Tuck this inside when you are stuffing the ornament!
Next let's look at the Happy Snowman ornament.
OH my WORD! I love this little guy. Actually he is not that little I made him using the Slimline Happy Snowman Die set. Top hat to snow bottom he is almost 7-1/2" long.
I love having another way to use my stand alone dies to make something fun for the Christmas tree! This one smells like Wintergreen. YUM!
All the supplies I used are linked for you below.

It's all about creating a project where the sentiment is the main focus. For my sentiment I chose the Giant Let It Snow Die cut.
You can see the two projects I made in the video below. If you can not see the video on your screen, you can watch it here.
Now let's take a look at the card.
I had so much fun making the snowy background for this card, using Distress Oxide Ink, Water, Distress Mica Spray and Acrylic Paint!
To help my sentiment be the STAR of the show I die cut it from white glitter paper and topped it off with some glaze.
I also dressed it up with some ear muff and mittens. These are from the Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add On die set. The mittens look like they are just waiting for snow to fall to the ground.
This year I went BIGGER! And added new elements too.
Usually this ornament is made with 6" strips of patterned paper. This year I used 8" strips and I LOVE the larger size so much.
The added elements are the mittens that I added to each point of this snowflake. These are very easy to make and I show you how in the video. You are going to be diving into your hoarded stash of patterned paper when you see how easy these are to make and creating a bunch of them! You can also watch the original tutorial on how to make these right HERE.
Here are the fun things I did to make this sentiment the star of my star ornament...
First I die cut the sentiment from a piece of card stock that I used to pick up excess Mica Spray from the card above. Then I added a bit of glitter paper "snow" to the bottom. The penguin as the O is my favorite part! He's so cute!
Just loving how these turned out and that a challenge like this gives me so much added mojo!
Below are all the supplies I used to make these projects.
Thanks for stopping by and letting me share my creations with you. I hope you leave feeling inspired to create and that I'll see you back here again soon for more creative inspiration.
Hello there my crafty friends. Today I am sharing two new dies set and a new stamp set from the Spellbinders shop. This new line was designed by my friend Becky Roberts. This is her second collection for Spellbinders and it is ever fun! It is a Tiered Tray line. Dies that cut pieces to build your own Tiered Tray. An additional die set that cuts all the cute decor pieces to add to the tray. And a stamp set with fun sentiments to go with as well as a couple images to stamp on your decor pieces. I had so much fun playing with this new collection! On my card I added a light up element and a third tier to my tray!
In the video below I will show you all the products in this line, how to put them together and make this card. If you can not see the video on your screen, you can also watch it right here.
To light up my little house on this card I used the One Light from Pear Blossom Press. It is literally the easiest way to add a light to this little house!
There are 19 dies in the Tiered Tray Decor die set, so many cute things I had pieces that I could not fit on my three tiers!
So I added some to the inside of my card as well.
I love that the Tiered Tray Sentiment set has sayings that go with the theme of the dies, and even have images like the "Home Sweet Home" that stamp perfectly on the die cut stack of books!
You can check out all the products I used to make todays card below. I have also included other stamps and dies designed by Becky that have pieces that will fit in this Tiered Tray die set.

A new release always makes for a good day! Today I get to celebrate and help kick off the Sparkle Season Holiday Release with Trinity Stamps. You may already know I am a huge fan of the Trinity Stamps line and am blessed to be a part of their design team. So to help kick off this new release I am sharing a fabulous new die, the Large Ornament Shaker Die.
As a HUGE fan of Shaker cards I knew I had to play with this die set right away. And I found that with just one pass of this die I could actually get enough pieces to make three cards, and so that is what I did!
You can see these three cards come together and the ink backgrounds I created for them in this video. If you can not see the video below you can also watch it HERE.
Here is your close up look at each of these cards.
This ornament is just over 3 inches and makes a great focal image for an A2 sized card (5-1/2" x 4-1/4").
This style of shaker card is called Inlaid. The shaker window is below the surface of the card front. The red ornament frame on this card the cut from the largest die in the Large Ornament Shaker die set. This set also has a topper for the ornament, a dainty little bow, as well as pine branches.
I filled this shaker with a clay embellishment mix, Deck the Halls. It has little trees, leaves of holly and red berries. To this mix I added a little bit of red beads that are super tiny. I have had these beads in my stash since before I can remember.
Did you notice my sentiment? It is from the new Simply Sentimental Holiday stamp and die set. If you are not familiar, Trinity Stamps has an entire line of Simply Sentimental sentiment stamp sets. Each set focuses on one word, like HOLIDAYS, in this case. There is a stamp and die of this word in several different fonts. And you can mix and match the different Simply Sentimental sets together. The Simply Sentimental Happy is a perfect match for the Holidays set!
The frame of this shaker was die cut from the background panel on the first card. It is a thin frame and Trinity Stamps now makes foam tape that is this exact width of this frame and they curve around the frame like a dream!
I filled up this shaker with some Glistening Snow Confetti pieces for a shiny contrast to the green.
The element of shine also shows up in the background of this card which I made using different green Distress Mica Sprays. I just sprayed and splattered my paper with 3 different greens, super easy and a so pretty!
For this last card I had a circle left from cutting out my ornament and used that along with the pine branches to create a wreath.
And here you can use the use of the Simply Sentimental Holiday and Simply Sentimental Happy together on this card, as well as the previous card. I love that the fonts are the same in each stamp.
And yes, this is another inky background, I love the red ink smooshed background with white splatter on top. You can see all these backgrounds being made in the video for these cards.
Below I have listed all the new products from the Sparkle Season Holiday Release.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great week.

I have been changing out my home decor to all things Fall with a little touch of Halloween too. I always like to make some of my own decor pieces. Today I am sharing two pieces that created for just that.
I made a piece to attach to an easel clipboard that I have had for years. I like to make new pieces to hang on it for different seasons.
The second piece is a small frame that I found at the thrift store and did a little DIY with. Inserted into the frame is a hand stamped watercolored image.
Watch it all come together in this video. If you can not see the video up on your screen you can watch it here.
I'd love to know, do you use your paper crafting supplies to make home decor?
Here is another look at the clipboard piece.
The background turned out so good on this project. I am loving the dark moodiness of the top background lined up with the clean background underneath.
Watercoloring in these images was very relaxing. This piece could easily be translated into a card as well.
I am totally giddy at how this frame turned out that use to be black. Painting this was so much fun! And the insert turned out better than I could have imagined with the ink smooshing in the background and the watercolored image over the top.
The stamps I used to make todays projects are from the Trinity Stamps shop. I am loving all the fun stuff they have for Fall and Halloween this year.
Here are all the supplies I used to make these projects.

Hello my crafty friends. I know you don't want me to say how many days there are until Christmas, so I wont. But my 14 year old daughter keeps telling me. Which is why I am feeling okay about starting my Christmas card when Pumpkin Spice season just started! Plus, Spellbinders asked me if I would like to create with the new Magical Deer die set. It is soooo pretty I decided, DEFINATELY!
This die set makes a beautiful deer with a Nordic feel. And, as with all Spellbinders die sets, there is so much attention to detail in this set.
Get a close up look at this die set, how to put this deer together, and see this card and tag be created in the video below. If you can not see the video on your screen, you can also view it right here.
Here's a closer look at each of these projects.
I really wanted to make a white deer. They are rare, but do exist. I have seen one once in captivity. But also, with paper and dies you get to choose how you make your deer. All the white accents on this deer; the horns, hooves, fur, etc. are die cut with white glitter paper for a bit of contrast and shimmer.
I adore all things woodgrain, so I used the 3D embossing folder, Knock on Wood for my background. For the look of snow I splattered on top of this with Picket Fence Distress paint.
To complete the card I added a hot foiled sentiment and some clay snowflakes.
I did not want to stop there because I wanted to make my deer in another color combination. So, staying with the color combo on the card I set to making a coordinating tag.
This deer is magical no matter what color you choose to create him in. I love the pops of red mirror paper with the browns. One of the things I love most about this deer are the closed eyes, it's just simple and gives him a majestic look.
You can see I used the Knock on Wood 3D embossing folder in the background again, but with Sparkle Silk as the snow this time.
I added the same hot foiled sentiment, but on Waterfall card stock. I love how the red foil looks on this colored card stock.
Even though I am making pumpkin muffins at my house, the Christmas card season is underway!
Below you will find all the supplies I used to make these cards.
Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me. See you soon with another paper crafting creation.

When I saw the new shaker mixes by Heffy Doodle I thought they were beautiful and I could not wait to put them in a shaker card. So, today I am sharing three cards I made with 3 of the new mixes. First let's take a close up look at the mixes I used.
These mixes are a blend of different color of sequins. Also different sizes of sequins. The three mixes are; Pink Fizz, Pixie Hollow, and Unicorn Dreams.
And here are the cards made with these mixes. The stamp set I chose for these cards is Koality Hugs. There are so many cute Koala bears in this set that it was easy to create three cards with this set.
You can see these cards come together in the video below. If you can not see the video up on your screen, here is a link to the video on my YouTube channel.
Now let's take a close up look at each card.
Card One - Pink Fizz Sparkle Mix
The background for this card was stenciled with the Wonderful Window Masquerade stencil and Salt Water Taffy Distress Ink. There are sequins in this mix that are that color as well as some other shades of pink.
I was able to stamp and emboss my sentiment onto the window of this card because I used heat resistant window sheets.
Besides the adorable hugging koalas sitting on the branch I wanted another element to dress up the front of this card and so I pulled out my Forest Leaves die set and some glitter paper. Adding these to the corners of the card really helped to draw the eye into the center of the card.
CARD TWO
Such a sweet sleepy koala, love this image so much. I added a party hat to him, since he is like me ready to have fun but also ready to go to bed early. LOL.
This back grounds was super easy to use with the help of the Vertical Vines stencil and some Distress Oxide spray! The fun thing about making a sprayed background with a stencil is that the spray collects on top of the stencil and you can press a piece of paper on to that and make a second background with our anymore work! I will use that second background on card three.
The leaves on this card are die cut from glittery fun foam, designed by Spellbinders for die cutting! It's great and does not shed glitter! I've linked it for you below along with the other supplies I used.
I just love the green and purple together on this card, all inspired by the Pixie Hollow sequin mix.
CARD THREE
Here is the background made from pressing my paper on to the stencil after using Distress Spray on it. You can see it has white vines with green around them. This time I used patterned paper for the leaves around the frame of the card. This print is from the Wild Flowers paper pack. The enamel dots I used on the centers of the flowers are a matching pack to the Wild Flowers paper. The edition of the flowers to the base of the leaves is so fun, a great touch.
I love that with one stamp set I could use different Koalas on each card and a different sentiment. A stamp set with versatility like that is my favorite!
So, which one is your fave? Each card was designed around the sequin mix, which was a lot of fun to do. And now it is time to send these cards out and let them bring some happiness to someone else.
Below you will find the supplies used to make these cards. Let me know if you have any questions!

I know I am! I could not be more happy to be a part of this year's STAMPtember Celebration with Simon Says Stamp. They sent me one of their exclusive new STAMPtember stamps sets to play with and share with you. I can say, I had so much fun with it and it is going to work great with so many of the things I already have in my stash!
The stamp set is Circle Sayings. It is a sentiment set and each of the 6 sentiments in the set is a circular design. That inspired me to use the theme of circles to create backgrounds for my cards on my Gel Press using found objects that are circular.
Check out the stamp set, see the backgrounds come to life and get turned into cards in the video below.
What do you think of all those crazy gel press prints? If you are new to making Gel Press prints just remember sometimes a crazy looking background is perfection once you die cut it or add a layer to it and give it some love with stamped images.
Check out MORE of this EPIC STAMPtember party over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog. And be sure to use the code below when shopping to get an amazing deal, a FREE stamp set! But hurry, this free stamp set offer ends on 9/4!
Now, let's take a close up look at each of the cards I made with the Circle Sayings stamp set.
Here you can see the lovely hand written style of the sentiments, perfect for a hand made card.
Each of the sentiments has the solid line going partially around the sentiment for a fun look. Another thing that makes this set so affordable is that you do not have to buy a coordinating die set to go with it. Just pull out your circle dies or punches to do the job.
You might be like me and have some circular dies that have decorative edges and those dies are going to go with this new stamp set too. You can see here I have used a die set from my stash to layer under my sentiment for a nice POP.
The circular object used to make the background on this card is splatter! Splatter drops are mostly circular, right? And this has to be my most favorite of the TONS of backgrounds that I made. Be sure to watch the video to see them all being created.
On this next card I used three different prints!
I love that the Circle Sayings stamp set has holiday images, sometimes you don't want to buy an entire Happy Thanksgiving stamp set. Sometimes you just need the sentiment and you can use that to add to a card made with things you already own, like this one.
This background is the result of a few layers on the gel press and involves the use of a stencil to pick up died paint. Which happens to be my Favorite technique on the Gel Press. Again, you can see it all in the video.
Even a simple circle layer behind these sentiments elevates them.
Speaking of elevating things, try doing a gel press print on a book page fore a fun and unique look that takes your background up a notch!
For the last card I had to do it, I had to make a shaker. Shaker cards are my jam. And these circles are perfect for it!
A little shaker window is such a fun touch to a handmade card. This one was simple to make with the help of Circle Shaker Pouches by My Favorite Things. The Circle Sayings at approximately 2" in diameter fit in them perfectly!
My favorite circular object to use on my Gel Press for YEARS has been bubble wrap, so I had to use it for these cards, and see how delish it is!!!
There are 3 more sentiments in this set that I have yet to make cards with, so stay tuned for that. I will be back with that video in about a week.
Below you will find the supplies I used to make todays cards.
Thank you so much for stopping by and letting me share in the excitement of STAMPtember with you!
Hello there my stamping friends. Today I am sharing two Halloween cards made with a bit of grunge to give them a bit of a spooky feel. The other exciting thing about today's cards is that they are made using products from the just release Autumn Gathering collection from Trinity Stamps.
They have so many fun new products for Halloween, Fall and everyday that you are going to love! I have it all linked for you at the end of this post. But first take a look at my creations!
My touch of grunginess on each card is in the backgrounds. I LOVE creating backgrounds and new stencils made it so much fun. Watch the video below to see how I grunged up these backgrounds and put them together with new stamps and dies.

Now let's take a close up look at each of these cards.
First of all I have to tell you how much fun it was making this background with the new Retro Diamond Stencil set and coordinating die, Argyle Stitch Background. Layers of splatter and strategic shadow blending turned this background in to something that just made me giddy!
Tell me how darling that happy Dino is with that punny sentiment!!! I just love it!!! It's all from the Spookysaurus stamp set. Which BTW, is a 4" x 3" set, and that makes me happy because it is super affordable while still be totally darling! Super affordable means more money to buy more new crafty things, right!
Now let's chat about that vintage moon! I love vintage things and so the face of this moon makes my inner 50's housewife smile! If you love it too, it comes in a Hot Foil set and in a stencil set!!!
Now let's check out another card with that grungy feel.
If you love PUNNiness this stamp set, Punny Mummy, is one you're going to love. The sayings are so fun in this set with two mummy stamps that I had to use three of them on my card. Now let's get a little closer look at the background.
This background is from another new stencil set, Color Swatch Stencils. Not only can you use this stencil set as a swatching tool, but it can make for some fun backgrounds too!
The splatter layers on this card are just delish! There is shimmer and metallic going on right there! Let me know in the comments if you like to splatter your cards.

Hello my stamping friends. Today is a fun day because a few designers from the Lawn Fawn Fans team have come together for a mini YouTube hop sharing idea with the recently released Hive Five Kit. Lawn Fawn released this kit at the end of June and it was available while supplies last. It has since sold out. So that means many a stamper was able to get this fun kit. So, the team at Lawn Fawn Fans wanted to give you some fun ideas using this kit.
Here's a look at the kit contents.
These are exclusive products to the kit and can not, at this time, be purchased separately.
Take a look at the card I made using this kit in the video below. I had so much fun making this card and can not wait to GIVE it away to one of you! Watch the video for all the details. If you can not see the video up on your screen you can watch it on my YouTube channel.
I used the stencil in the kit to make my rainbow honeycomb background. I just LOVE how that turned out.
All the stamped images on this card are from the HIVE FIVE stamp set. These bees are so super cute!
And because I am so PUNNY, I used my Oliver's Stitched ABC's to make a custom sentiment.
I added a sub sentiment, embossing it in white on the grassy border.
And because my card has "heart" in the sentiment I added some Jelly Hearts from Trinity Stamps all over the card in every rainbow color. I'll have those linked for you below so you can check them out.
I did not forget about the inside of the card, I love that slimline cards leave you enough room for something cute and a personalized greeting as well.
Now that you have seen my creation, here are the other three stops on the hop for you to check out too.
And below you will find all the supplies I used to make this card, minus the Hive Five Kit, as it was a limited edition item that was available while supplies last.

Hey there my stamping friends. Today I am featuring four of the July 2022 club kits by Spellbinders in a HOP!

Be sure to visit and comment on the Spellbinders blog post for this hop to be entered to win a $25 shopping spree to the shop!
The Club kit I am focusing on today is the Have A Chill Summer Clear Stamp Monthly Kit. It has a solid popsicle image in the set. And I am going to show you 3 fun ways you can ink up this popsicle. I am also incorporating 3 other money club kits for July; the Embossing Folder, Large Die of the Month and the Glimmer Kit.
Here is a look at the three cards I am going to show you how to create today. Below you can see how I inked up each popsicle and how I put these cards together in this video. If you can not see the video on your screen, you can also view it on my YouTube channel.
Now let's take a close up look at each of these cards.
I just love the little strawberry in this set! And I love strawberry popsicles too! I made these popsicles ombre by inking them up with three different ink pads.
They got a bit of sparkly splatter after that.
I think LIME popsicles are my FAVE, so I had to make a card featuring them. I did the KISSING technique for these yummy popsicles. You ink the solid popsicle with a light color of ink and then ink the lime stamp with a darker color of ink and stamp it right on to the popsicle stamp. Then you can stamp this down on to your paper. What a fun technique!
The background on this card was made using the Embossing Folder for July, Geometric Stripes, it's a very versatile pattern and I love it with this card.
Make sure to watch the video to see how I got the shine on my popsicles.
Last but not least I had to make a popsicle food truck. I just love the July Large die of the Month, what a fun idea to make different food trucks! And this popsicle works great on top!
This grape popsicle got its cool color with the help of sprays! I love the flecks of grape goodness it adds! And in the background of this card I used the Glimmer Kit of the Month to add those amazing stripes.
I hope you enjoyed these cards and a few fun ideas for inking up your solid stamps! Be sure to watch the video to see all the techniques in action.
And now it is time to hop along with us and see more inspiration with the July Club Kits.
Next up in the HOP is Iliana Crouse, who's creations are always FABULOUS!

Today I am sharing the gorgeous fun products I got from Spellbinders club kit program for the month of June.
Spellbinders has 8 kits that you can subscribe to! Each month you get a new kit of the month in the mail. And I can say, after receiving several club kits a month for over 2 years, they are always amazing! I get 4 club kits each month; Large Die of the Month, Glimmer Kit of the Month, Clear Stamp and Die of the Month, Embossing Folder of the Month. Another thing that makes me so happy about these club kits is that most months all these products coordinate together!!!!! My two card creations today are showing you how nicely these products work together.
The kits this month inspired me to create some Gate Fold cards in some large sizes. I have a 6" x 6" gate fold and a 5" x 7" gate fold card.
Below you can see these cards come together and get a close up look at the club kits I used. If you can not see the video up on your screen, you can watch it on my YouTube channel.
Let's take a close up look at each card.
This 6" x 6" Gate Fold card opens in the center and the flaps go up and down. The Large Die of the month is made for the focal piece to be used twice and mirror itself. Which made it perfect for adding to a gate fold.
The peach layer of this card measures 5-3/4" x 11-1/2", score the long size at 2-7/8" and 8-5/8". I then mounted this onto a white piece of card stock that is 6" x 6".
All the die cuts you see on this card are from the Large Die of the Month, Paisley Dreams. This set has dies that can be used to paper piece on top of this focal image so this element can have several different colors.
Look closely at the background on this card, I was able to stamp on to the die cut pieces using the Clear Stamp of the Month, Happy Moments. I used another stamp from this set on the inside of the card.
The Clear Stamp of the Month kit can be purchased with or without the coordinating die set. And this set is a great stand alone stamp set and does not have to be used with the Large Die of the month set. But how cool that it does coordinate!
My second large gate fold card is 5" x 7". To create this take a 7" x 10" piece of card stock. Score it at 2-1/2" and 7-1/2".
I then added panels to each of the flaps. These panels measure 2-1/4" x 6-3/4". Do you love the embossing on these panels??? That is from the June Embossing Kit, Botanical Diamond. Each month the embossing folder that you receive is 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", which means I was able to embossing both of these panels at the same time, yay!
The show stopper on this card though has to be the belly band! First, let's go over the measurements. The top layer of the belly band is 1-3/4" x 11". After hot foiling it I layered it on a white piece of light weight card stock that is 2" x 11". The belly band gets wrapped around the card and the ends adhered. Then the band is able to slide on and off the card.
The Glimmer Kit, Paisley Glimmer, has a super cool paisley plate that is a long strip of double rows of paisleys. I used Aura foil to foil my belly band with it. This glimmer set also comes with 3 sentiments. I used Forever Friend on my card hot foiled with Aura foil on peach card stock and die cut out with the coordinating dies. Which is another great thing about the hot foil kit of the month, almost every month the set include coordinating dies. AND a roll of foil too. This month the included foil is RAINBOW!!!
Speaking of coordinating dies, this set has two dies to cut out the foiled paisley. Which I used to add a few paisleys to the inside of this card.
Be sure to check out all the club kit offerings in the supply list below.
